Dr. Theodore A. Lazzaro is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and specializes in aesthetic plastic surgical procedures. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1965. Prior to earning his degree, Dr. Lazzaro received a D.M.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Jacob DiCesare, DO – Orthopedics Dr. DiCesare was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, and graduated from Greensburg Central Catholic High School. He has a bachelor degree in Psychology from Pitzer College and a Masters Degree in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology from Duquesne University, as well as attending medical school at LECOM in Erie, PA. Michael Vittone, MD – Ophthalmology Dr. Michael Vittone joined the practice of Vittone Eye Associates in July 2006, after completing an ophthalmology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Eye and Ear Institute.
